Are you passionate about patient care and making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Team Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team and support our providers in delivering exceptional care. This role combines clinical skills with patient interaction, ensuring every patient feels cared for and supported.
Located in Gillette & Sheridan (Travel between each city)

What You’ll Do:
Support providers with patient phone calls, pathology letters, and prep instructions
Prepare charts and review patient intake to ensure smooth visits
Greet, room, and assist patients during visits and procedures
Take vital signs, review medical history, and provide pre- and post-operative instructions
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers
Administer treatments under physician or APP direction
Handle referrals, scheduling, patient registration, and other clerical duties
Keep our clinic running smoothly while creating a positive patient experience
Travel required
What We’re Looking For:
A compassionate professional who thrives in a patient-focused environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
Team player with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
- BLS certification required
- Experience with GI or Pain Management preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of GCP, federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA policies and procedures
