Job Summary:
The Human Resource Administrator provides guidance for HR inquiries and is responsible for supporting the practice through HR system management and administration. They are responsible for building effective relationships and responding to all employee questions timely and effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain employee records within the HRIS
- Support recruiting efforts by assisting with interviews, reference checks, etc.
- Schedule and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding across GCP Partner practices.
- Manage time keeping practices within the organization, supporting managers and leads with adjustments, corrections, etc.
- Assist with and act as backup for the payroll process as needed/necessary
- Audit/Enroll employees in benefit and 401k programs, ensuring enrollment and billing accuracy with each carrier
- Administer benefit plans and answer employee questions pertaining to benefit systems
- Analyze employment data and prepare reports as requested/needed
- interpret, and communicate company policies, procedures, and service standards to staff across all partner practices.
- Assist the RHRBP in reviewing and supporting performance management documentation and provide guidance to managers/supervisors.
- Assist RHRBP with HRIS management and oversight.
- Manage all workers compensation and leave administration paperwork and processes
- Support employee engagement and positive work environments
- Support Regional HR Business Partner as needed
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly and to protect the confidentiality of business information
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and prioritize workflow
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in admin support/office administration, preferably HR focused
- Proficiency in MS Office
