Staff Recruiter

Must reside in Arizona, Colorado or Wyoming
The Staff Recruiter is responsible for execution of Company staffing objectives and strategies through talent identification, screening, and onboarding, and by establishing relationships within the community, with applicant pools, and hiring managers. They will work closely with the HR Manager to maximize retention strategies and build engagement during the interview and onboarding processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and build key community partnerships with relevant healthcare entities/professionals, including universities, technical schools, and industry groups.
- Develop innovative recruitment programs that support the mission and values of the Company.
- Utilize a variety of recruiting methods to source and pipeline qualified applicants
- Participate in industry groups, associations, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with hiring managers through regular communication and feedback.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to prioritize recruitment efforts, understand clinical requirements, and refine the overall hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate recruitment strategies that fill vacancies in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Identify, source, and screen qualified candidates per the needs of the practice and the individual hiring manager and coordinate interview schedules accordingly.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on starting pay in alignment with compensation guidelines based on an understanding of market/industry compensation trends.
- Provide input regarding compensation and equity issues impacting the recruitment process.
- Initiate the offer process with approval from HR and conduct pre-employment screening (background and drug testing)
- Initiate the new hire onboarding process with relevant departments and coordinate with HR on new hire details.
- Supports HR Manager in identifying retention roadblocks and building retention programs that reduce turnover.
- Utilize company systems for effective recruitment reporting
- Stay current with new industry trends/sources and techniques
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policy and process in accordance with EEOC and Federal and State laws.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
- Proficiency in MS Office
